All the courses of the NIMER are offered
to the resident of India normally. Admission cannot be
claimed as a matter of right and the NIMER reserves to
itself the right of admission.

Admission will be made in general
on "first come first served" basis. Spot admission
for first year will be given to those who come to the
NIMER Offices in person along with the required documents/certificates
and in payment of Admission and Installment of fee by
means of DD as per the fees mentioned in the fee structure.

All the columns in the application
form should be filled-in carefully. Incomplete applications
will be rejected.

The Xerox copies of the statement
of marks of the qualifying examination given in the application
form must be attested by a Gazetted Officer.
-
Five passport size photographs recently
taken of which one should be affixed on the application
and attested by a Gazetted Officer and other copies should
be affixed on the address slip and coding which should
be enclosed along with the application.

Candidates pursuing any other course
of study in any College/University are eligible for admission
to MBA courses offered by NIMER subject to eligibility.

The filled in application along with
the necessary certificates/Documents and Demand Draft
should be sent to the Director by Registered Post with
Acknowledgement due, or presented in person at the NIMER
Head Office/Branches for spot admission.

Admission to candidates for MBA courses
will be considered only for those candidates who are qualified
from UGC Recognised University.

Blind and high levels of handicapped
candidates are advised not to apply for the courses which
involve operation of computers and practical classes.

Mention your enrolment number in all
your correspondence.

All communication should be addressed

14. Fees once paid shall neither be
refunded nor be adjusted under any circumstances. In case
of the rejection of an application, full fee paid will
be refunded.

The Chairman of the NIMER reserves
the right to make decisions and alterations in all administrative
and technical transactions without prior intimation.

Allotment of examination center in
a particular place will be at the discretion of the Board
of Examinations of the Institute which reserves the right
to cancel any center where there is insufficient number
of students.

All disputes subject to jurisdiction
of Court in Bangalore City only.
