NIMER is of the opinion that an education that is not helpful
in providing suitable job, is in fact fruitless. Thus, it
has emphasized on the placement aspect very strongly. The
NIMER because of its strong relationship with Industries,
Leading Business Corporates etc. is fully prepared as far
as placement of a student is concerned. Besides, it is having
tie-ups with leading HR Consultant “Alchemist Management
Services” so that a candidate has not to face any
problem regarding his/her final placement. With its policy
of absorbing the toppers, NIMER has been able to benefit
from the upstream methodology of recruitment. All
students opting for the Placement Facility of Alchemist
are required to pay a separate fee to Alchemist.
Alchemist Management Services (hereinafter referred
to as Alchemist), provides placement to the
successful students of the 2 year MBA Program through a
Special Placement Program. Alchemist offers a wide range
of HR solutions to the manufacturing and services sectors,
drawing upon the vast knowledge and experience of its professional
team of well qualified practitioners and experts.

With its active involvement into the corporate world of
HR activities, Alchemist provides an effective link for
exploring opportunities of employment for the successful
students of the MBA Program(2 years).
BRIEF OF THE SCHEME
-
Registration under Special Placement
Program (SPM) of Alchemist is optional; and open only
at the time of enrollment.

The specified period will be three
years from the period of registration.

All students opting for the SPM of
Alchemist are required to pay a separate fee to Alchemist,
indicated in the payment schedule.

Alchemist undertakes to provide placements
to the successful students of MBA / BBA Program within
3 months from the receipt of the completed application
from the registered students who receive the Program Completion
Certificate.

The Placement under SPM will be provided
by Alchemist any where in India and / or abroad with private
sector, public sector, government & quasi-government
organisations, non-govt. organisations and others, including
NIMER.

The placement under SPM will carry
a minimum remuneration of Rs. 5000- 21,000/- per month
on Cost To Company (CTC) basis for a period of 12 months.

All obligations of Alchemist under
SPM will cease if the registered student does not complete
the MBA Program during the specified period of four years,
and / or declines the offer of employment, and / or does
not report for duty as per the appointment letter, and
/ or leaves the job before 12 months and / or the employment
is terminated by the employer on disciplinary grounds
and / or other reasons.

Alchemist has no obligation to render
any services to the registered students beyond the specified
period. To clarify further, no obligation shall survive
on Alchemist beyond the specified period of four years.
In case a candidate fails to appear for three scheduled
interviews or fails to accept the job offer, the guarantee
will be deemed as satisfied by the Alchemist. The Alchemist
may continue to assist the student for other placements,
without guarantee. Students are advised to refer to the
details of the Alchemist Management Services (Special
Placement Program) Regulations given in back page of Placement
Form.
