The NIMER has set up following goals with a view to transform
its motto, vision and mission into reality:

The NIMER aims at providing up-to-date
knowledge in all the disciplines in order to develop full
creative
potential of its students so that one lives harmoniously
with all the eventualities of life.

The NIMER, through its innovative
programs, shall attempt to develop the highest order of
self-referral
consciousness. This, in its own turn, shall create an
ideal man, an ideal society, an ideal nation and an ideal
world.

The NIMER proposes to prepare individuals
capable of eliminating problems from every walk of life
and create and maintain problem free healthy, wealthy
and happy life.

During the course of education the
NIMER proposes to inculcate the ability to apply infinite
organizing power to fulfill the requirements of perfection
in life and to become the guiding light of peace, happiness
and progress.

The NIMER also proposes to transform
the attitude of education from job-oriented to life-oriented.

The NIMER shall undertake fewer formats
and more flexible organization structure for teaching.
Thus it wishes to bring in proactive education through
changes from faculty oriented to resource oriented, from
group packed to individual, from closed to open, from
provider driven to user driven, from broad to select,
from class performance to work place performance, from
isolated to network, from unidirectional to multidirectional
(Interactive).

The effort shall also be made to provide
better value for money through cost reduction with quality
assurance.

The aim of education at NIMER shall
also be to incorporate the ability to know everything
and acquire it, to develop business capabilities.

In order to effectively execute the
courses, the NIMER shall:
• Identify scholars
in various disciplines and appoint them as honorary faculty.
• Develop collaboration
with industries through development of R & D as per
their needs.
• Have educational
programs open for vertical and horizontal intake of learners
.
• Have full flexibility.
• Develop courses
relevant to the needs of the region and the society.
• Have value oriented
time and resource scheduling.
ISO 9001: 2000 CERTIFICATION
ISO 9001: 2000 Certification was awarded to the Institute
after thorough inspection and audit of the standard of quality
in all its activities, especially teaching methods, procedures
for admission and conduct of examination. This internationally
recognized certification gives global acceptance to the studies
of the Institute.
