Education must inculcate humanism, tolerance, reason, progress, fearlessness and truthfulness. The education must build human beings to stand undeterred during the odds experienced in the battle of life. It would thus not venture to produce mere scholars, technicians or job hunters, but integrated men and women who are free of fear, as only in such human beings enduring peace exists. They also gather strength to fight corruption, nepotism and communal prejudices and conflicts.

OUR MISSION

The NIMER visualizes a holistic development of personality packed with commitment, determination and value. World today has become a mad - house where individuals exaggerate their racial superiority, religious pride or national egoism leading to moral and spiritual blindness. It has, therefore, become essential to break new grounds and infuse innovative approach to overtake the existing educational pattern. The NIMER shall endeavor to emerge as a 'Centre of Excellence', to develop a young generation to become an asset in nation building programmes through the quality of their head and heart developed as a result of the innovative programs of the Universities. This will evolve a new axiom to meet the challenges in the offing for sustainable development and to equip them to acquit creditably to manage the challenges of the present global economic environment full of competition, with imaginative problem solving skills.
